This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website and at our venue. Please read the information below carefully before completing a purchase.
All gift vouchers purchased through our website are sold as non refundable items.
Once a gift voucher has been purchased and issued it is treated as goods purchased at the point of sale. Upon successful payment a digital gift voucher containing a unique QR code will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This voucher can then be redeemed for food and drinks at our venue.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash in full or in part and no change will be given if the full value is not redeemed in one visit.
All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for gift vouchers that are lost deleted stolen or used without permission.
Due to the nature of digital gift vouchers and immediate delivery by email all sales are final once the voucher has been issued.
Refunds will only be considered if a technical error has occurred during the purchase process and the voucher has not been issued. Any such requests must be raised within 14 days of the transaction and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Refunds for food and drink purchased at the venue are not provided unless an item is faulty or not as described. Any issues should be raised with a member of staff at the time of your visit so we can resolve them promptly.
All payments made through our website are securely processed by Dojo. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
